Loveland’s HeArt Collection

Tripawds is a user-supported community. Thank you for your support!

I live in Loveland, CO. Over the past couple years there have been giant 5ft. fiberglass heart sculptures appearing. Each heart has been crafted and painted by local artists that symbolize parts of our town. I thought it would be a fun idea for my parents to get a map and take Dillon and I to each of the hearts and take pictures. There are a total of 18 hearts. We were only able to take pictures of 17, one heart is currently in storage. Hope you enjoy, we sure did!!!!!

Good Morning! I just wanted to swing by your blog since it’s been awhile and see how Peyton has been and of course Dillon as well. I love to look at your pictures and read your post. They are such cute goldens! We have 2 goldens ourselves, Wally & Josie Rose, along with our cancer surviving german shepherd, Bandit. I am happy to read and see that Peyton is doing well! The heart collection pictures are really neat. Well I will check back to your blog again next week. Take Care!

I too wish you could give your girl Katie one of these hearts! They are really cool! I bet Katie would rather have your heart!!! It took us three different days to get all of the pictures. My parents didn’t want to do it all in one day because they don’t like me to get too tired! Don’t worry, the pictures will keep coming, my Mom is camera happy these days!!!

We’ve become camera happy over in the Caira Sue household too!
My sister and brother-in-law used to live in Loveland! My brother-in-law did two of the pieces of art you find along the streets. One is a really cool bike rack 4th (or main) in front of the Rialto and the other is another bike rack…”the dawning” and I can’t remember where it is….
Now that I think of it, Peyton, you may not see them all that much as you don’t ride a lot of bikes!

What great pictures and what beautiful Goldens too! Peyton looks so handsome in his red harness – great color on him. Thanks for sharing!

It’s a certain type of people who think up original little projects to fill the days and flesh out a full life. It’s an admirable quality, and Peyton, you’re a lucky dog to live with that type of people! Great post!

Keep the photo’s coming, I think I’m beginning to remember what snow is…it’s been a while, I think it was cold and slick…

    Hi Peyton,

Wow, really enjoy the new pics. They’re great. Man, your Mom and Dad are probably wiped out after you and your brother take them out. (LOL) Looks like you all had a good time. I look on your blog from time to time to remind myself how lucky we are to have such loving, cool parents. ( and you totally do!) You’re so amazing! Keep us posted on your day to day life!
